Orders, Shipping & Returns

Orders ship from our warehouse in 1-3 business days. Once an order ships, carriers will usually deliver the order in 2-7 business days.

Please notice that during high volume promotions like Black Friday/Cyber Monday, it may take longer for you to receive your order.

Partake cannot guarantee shipping times and cannot cancel a shipment once it’s in transit. If a product is in transit and is taking longer than expected, we will not issue a refund in the event the product arrives later than expected.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your shipping confirmation including your tracking number and a link where you can track your order.

If you accidentally entered the wrong shipping address, please notify our team immediately via email at

Please note, once an order is placed there's a very small amount of time in which we are able to make any order changes.

Not to worry! When multiple products are ordered, they will likely shipped in multiple packages. If you more than 7 days have passed since you’ve received the first package, please email

You may cancel an order for a full refund as long as your order has not shipped. All in stock orders do ship out within 1-3 business day.

We charge a flat fee of $4.99 for orders of $50 or less. Shipping is free for orders $50+ (i.e. excluding AK, HI). Additional tax may be added depending on the tax policies of your state/province.

Due to the high volume of orders and limited quantities available, we are unable to make changes to any orders once the order is placed. 

If your order/item is damaged during shipping, please take a photo of the damaged good(s), provide your email address used to place the order and order number within 72 hours of receiving your order and send this information to We'll work with you to make things right.

If your order was returned to the sender for any reason, please email pur customer service team at and we'll process a replacement or refund right away.

Our goal is that all our customers are satisfied with their orders. If items are damaged or do not meet your expectations, please take a picture and email us at, and we will work with you.

Prices shown on product pages do not include tax or shipping fees. Tax is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address and relevant tax rules.

The beers currently available for subscription include: Pale, IPA, Blonde, Red, Dark and Peach.

Please note, we only offer subscriptions on 24-packs.

Partake beers are currently brewed in Toronto, Canada with plans to start production in western Canada and the United States.

All Partake Brews have a best before date of 1 year after packaging. You can find the best before date on the bottom of each can.

All Partake beers contain 0.3% alcohol by volume. Any beverage that contains 0.5% alcohol or less are considered to be non-alcoholic. For example, this type of alcohol content is similar to what’s found in kombucha, or even orange juice, due to the slight level of fermentation that occurs in these beverages.

Unfortunately, we do not sell our beers directly from the brewery.

Nutritional Information

Water, barley, hops and yeast. Stout is brewed with oats in addition to those ingredients. Please check product page for the specific ingredient list of each product.

The low caloric content of our beers is a result of our proprietary brewing method. Unfortunately, we’re unable to give away our secret recipe!

All of our beers contain barley, and therefore cannot be classified as gluten free. However, they are gluten friendly, with our Blonde Ale and Stout containing less than 20ppm (parts per million) gluten, and the Pale Ale and IPA containing less than 5 ppm gluten. We’re happy to provide this information so that each individual can make a decision, based on their individual tolerance.

Our beer contains very low amounts of carbs and calories per can:

  • Pale: 0 carbs / 10 calories
  • IPA: 2 carbs / 10 calories
  • Blonde: 2 carbs / 15 calories
  • Peach Gose: 2 carbs / 15 calories
  • Red: 3 carbs / 25 calories
  • Stout: 8 carbs / 30 calories
