How We Ship
Packages are shipped via FedEx. We send shipping notices by email. If you have provided us with a valid email address, you will receive a shipping notice after your goods have been collected from us by the courier. When ordering multiple cases, often the order is split into two or more packages. If you have any questions about how your order will be delivered please contact us.
Covid-19 shipping information: due to safeguards in place to protect our fulfillment center employees and Courier delays, shipments are delayed. Orders can be expected within 5-20 business days.
Winter shipping information: During the Holiday season, orders take longer to arrive than during the rest of the year as shipping companies receive a large influx of orders. If you would like your order to arrive by December 25th, you must put it in before December 11th in Canada and December 17th in America.
Please note we only ship orders Monday to Friday. Your will receive an email telling you when your order has been shipped. Please keep in mind that due to Covid-19 safeguards in place to protect our fulfillment center employees and Courier delays, shipments are delayed. Orders can be expected within 5-20 business days. Orders will normally be delivered based on the shipping standards identified above.
Please do not order unless there will be someone available to sign for the delivery or you opt for your order to be left in a safe place.
Deliveries take place Monday to Friday as standard. Delivery hours will normally be any time between 8am to 4pm. During busy periods such as Christmas, drivers may deliver outside of these hours.
Our priority is to get your products delivered to you as quickly and safely as possible. However, there is no way to be 100% sure that a package will survive the journey intact. We will replace or refund, whichever is the most practical, the cost of any items that arrive broken at a $/can rate equal to the average $/can cost of the purchase (less shipping costs). Our product is a liquid and can sometimes freeze in transit. No amount of packaging has proven to resolve this issue. Your satisfaction is of utmost importance to us, so if your product has been damaged in transit, please email a photo to email@example.com to be refunded for the price of the damaged cans.

Each case of 24 cans of Partake shows the listed price before tax. Shipping is included in Canada and the Contiguous United States. Tax will be added to your order at the checkout.
