Try this 15 calorie brew with a strawberry, goat cheese and mixed green salad, the beer’s lighter flavors let the herbaceous greens shine, and the beer’s bubbles cut through the creamy cheese. Finish it off with a citrus-based dressing, the lemony notes amplify the ale’s fruitiness. The graininess of the beer also complements the sweetness of flaked fish, both are delicate and won’t cancel each other out.

Gose

Partake PEACH GOSE is crisp and refreshing with a hint of tartness. Brewed with several malts, sea salt, and coriander, this is a fun and fruity twist on the popular sour style.

IPA

The zingy hops can take on a kale Cesar salad and hold its own against aged cheddar and gouda, while its bubbly body will refresh your palate after a bite of a loaded chicken, veggie or beef burger.

Pale
