FAQs
What makes Kölsch different from a lager or ale? + -
Kölsch is technically an ale, brewed with top-fermenting yeast, but it’s fermented cool and then cold-conditioned like a lager. This hybrid process gives it the crisp, clean finish of a lager with the gentle fruitiness of an ale. Our brew is inspired by Kölsch made in Cologne, Germany.
Is it hoppy or bitter? + -
Our Kölsch-style brew is light, crisp, and balanced, with just a touch of hops to bring out subtle fruitiness. It’s smooth and easy-drinking, without any heavy bitterness — perfect for sipping anytime.
Does this beer contain gluten? + -
Yes — all our beers are brewed with malted barley, so they cannot be classified as gluten-free. That said, some of our brews are gluten-friendly, with very low gluten levels.
Why is this only available for subscribers? + -
We brew these batches to test new recipes and collect feedback, so we like to share them with our subscribers first — you know and love our brews best!

How long is this beer available? + -
