How We Ship

Packages are shipped via FedEx. We send shipping notices by email. If you have provided us with a valid email address, you will receive a shipping notice after your goods have been collected from us by the courier. When ordering multiple cases, often the order is split into two or more packages. If you have any questions about how your order will be delivered please contact us.

COVID-19 shipping information
Due to safeguards in place to protect our fulfillment center employees and courier delays, shipments are delayed. Orders can be expected within 5–20 business days.

Holiday shipping cutoff
During the holiday season, orders take longer to arrive than during the rest of the year as shipping companies receive a large influx of orders. To ensure you receive your shipment by Dec 24, orders delivered to Canada must be placed by Dec 10, and orders delivered to the US by Dec 15.

Shipping times

Orders are shipped Mon–Fri. Your will receive an email telling you when your order has been shipped. Please keep in mind that due to COVID-19 safeguards in place to protect our fulfillment center employees and courier delays, shipments are delayed. Orders can be expected within 5–20 business days. Orders will normally be delivered based on the shipping standards identified above.

Please do not order unless there will be someone available to sign for the delivery or you opt for your order to be left in a safe place.

Delivery times

Deliveries take place Mon–Fri as standard. Deliveries typically occur between 8:00 AM–4:00 PM, but may be outside of those hours, especially during busy shipping times such as the holiday season.


Our priority is to get your products delivered to you as quickly and safely as possible. However, there is no way to be 100% sure that a package will survive the journey intact. We will replace or refund, whichever is the most practical, the cost of any items that arrive broken at a rate equal to the average dollar per can cost of the purchase (less shipping costs). Winter notice
Being a liquid, there is potential that your shipment may freeze in transit. No amount of packaging has proven to resolve this issue. Your satisfaction is of utmost importance to us, so if your product has been damaged in transit, please email a photo to customerexperience@drinkpartake.com to be refunded the price of the damaged cans.

All products on our site display the listed price before tax. Shipping is included in Canada and the contiguous United States (i.e. exluding AK, HI). Tax will be added to your order at checkout.
