User-Generated Content Terms and Conditions

By submitting photos, videos, or other content (“Content”) to Partake Brewing (“Partake”), you agree to the following terms:

1. Content Ownership

You confirm that you are the original creator and owner of the Content, or that you have permission from the creator to submit it. You also confirm that the Content does not infringe on any third-party rights, including copyright, trademark, or privacy rights.

2. Permission to Use Content

By submitting Content, you grant Partake a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual license to use, reproduce, edit, adapt, publish, and display the Content for marketing, promotional, and commercial purposes. This includes (but is not limited to) use on:

• Social media platforms

• Website and email marketing
  

3. Credit

Where reasonably possible, Partake will credit the original creator by tagging or naming the associated social media handle or name provided at submission. You understand that formatting or platform limitations may occasionally prevent crediting in every instance.

4. No Compensation

Submission of Content is voluntary. Unless otherwise explicitly agreed in writing, you acknowledge that you will not receive financial compensation for the use of your Content.

5. Right to Modify or Remove

Partake reserves the right to crop, edit, or modify the Content for clarity, formatting, or brand alignment, and to remove Content at any time at its discretion.

6. Age Requirement

By submitting Content, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your place of residence.

7. Withdrawal of Consent

If you wish to withdraw consent for future use of your Content, please contact us at marketing@drinkpartake.com. Withdrawal will not affect content already published prior to the request.
