Garlic-Lime Shrimp Tostadas

Marinade Ingredients:

600g large shrimp
3-4 cloves garlic, minced
1 can Partake Lime Goserita 
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp smoked paprika
1 tsp chipotle chili powder
1/2 red onion, sliced
1 lime, sliced
Salt and pepper to taste 

Other Ingredients:
Corn tortillas, refried beans, guacamole, pico, jalapeños, queso fresco (or similar cheese) 

Directions: 
1. Combine all marinade ingredients in a bowl, cover and marinate for an hour. 
2. Skewer shrimp and grill over high heat for 1-2 minutes per side. 
3. Serve on tostadas with your fave toppings
