The Benefits of Reducing Alcohol Intake
Posted by Chelsea Finnigan on
Just because it’s not the start of a new year doesn’t mean you can’t start making healthier decisions for you and your body! If you’re planning on reducing your alcohol intake but needed a push to do so, consider the following. Cutting alcohol out entirely can be a difficult thing to do, especially when it seems like every adult social event centers around drinking. By contrast, you might find reducing alcohol intake to be much easier. Consider having a non-alcoholic drink every other drink, slowing down how quickly you drink, and practice saying “no” to people pushing you to drink....

Partake Brewing is made up of several amazing people, and we wanted to start sharing their stories with you by having them share their #whyIpartake stories. We first asked one of our sales representatives to share his #whyipartake story with us. Bob shared: “I was diagnosed with Budd-Chiari Syndrome after the discovery of a blood clot in my liver in 2009. After a surgery to remove the clot didn’t work, I ended up needing a liver transplant. To reiterate, the difference between a non-alcoholic craft brewery and a non-alcoholic microbrewery is the same as the difference between an alcoholic craft brewery...

Will Cerre is one of our Ontario Sales Reps with a focus on the East and North Toronto - and he does a dang good job of it. He shared his #whyIpartake story with us: “I gave up drinking alcohol in 2014 after having suffered a bad concussion during a family ski trip. Post-Concussion Syndrome was something I had struggled with throughout my High School and University career because of hockey, and I felt that I needed a change in lifestyle if I was going to successfully be able to recover. Being in my early to mid twenties, it seemed...
