Beer Bath Burgers

Grab a case of IPA and get ready to grill!

Ingredients:
454g lean ground beef 
1/4 cup breadcrumbs 
1 egg 
1/2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce 
Salt and pepper 
6 yellow onions, sliced 
1/2 cup butter
1 tbsp avocado oil
2 cans Partake IPA
2 tbsp balsamic vinegar 

Directions: 
1. Combine the beef with the breadcrumbs, egg, Worcestershire and season to taste with salt and pepper. Form into patties, and grill for 4-6 minutes per side. Set aside.
2. Add the butter, avocado oil and onions to a grill pan. Allow them to cook in a 400F grill for about a half hour before adding the burgers on top, balsamic vinegar and both cans of Partake IPA. Shut the lid, and allow them to cook for another half hour.
3. Serve on a bun with your favourite condiments and toppings.
