Blonde & Maple Glazed Ribs

Ingredients:
Partake Blonde Beer & Maple Glazed Ribs
1 rack of pork ribs
Mustard
BBQ rub
1 can of Partake Blonde Beer 

For the glaze:
1/2 cup maple syrup
1/2 cup partake blonde
1/2 tbsp tamari
Splash of Worchestershire sauce 

Directions:
1. Coat the ribs in mustard, and cover with BBQ rub on both sides. Add to a grill pan, and pour a can of Partake Blonde in the bottom. Cover with foil, and place in a preheated 300-350°F grill for 2 hours.
2. Simmer the glaze over medium low heat for 15 minutes.
3. Remove the ribs from the grill pan, and place them over indirect heat. Turn the other side of the grill up to high heat, and glaze the ribs twice, waiting 10 minutes between glazes.
