IPA Maple Glazed Salmon

Made with Partake IPA, maple syrup, and Dijon, this grilled salmon is smoky, savoury, and just a little sweet, a Canadian-inspired BBQ main made for summer dinners outside.

Ingredients:

4 salmon fillets
1/3 cup Partake IPA
2 tbsp maple syrup
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp Dijon mustard
1 tbsp olive oil
1 clove garlic, grated
1 tsp lemon juice
Black pepper to taste

Directions:

1. Whisk together IPA, maple syrup, soy sauce, Dijon, olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, and pepper.
2.
Pour over salmon and marinate for 20–30 minutes.
3. Grill over medium heat, skin-side down, for 8–10 minutes, brushing with extra marinade as it cooks.
4.
Finish with lemon and herbs.

Chef's Tip: Grilling this salmon on a cedar plank will bring out the full flavour profile and provide a beautiful smoky addition. Pairs perfect with grilled asparagus and potatoes.
