Lime Goserita Tropical Salsa

Made with Partake Lime Goserita, this tropical salsa is bright, juicy, and built for summer.Pineapple, mango, lime, jalapeño, and a splash of Lime Goserita come together for a refreshing dip that pairs perfectly with chips, tacos, grilled chicken, or a sunny patio moment.

Serve with tortilla chips, grilled fish tacos, shrimp skewers, grilled chicken, veggie tacos, or as atopping for burgers. It would also work beautifully beside a summer charcuterie board.

 

Ingredients:

1 cup fresh pineapple, finely diced
1 cup mango, finely diced
1/2 cup red bell pepper, finely diced
1/3 cup red onion, finely diced
1 jalapeño, seeded and finely diced
1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
Juice of 1 lime
Zest of 1/2 lime
2 tbsp Partake Lime Goserita
1 tsp agave or honey
1/2 tsp sea salt
Optional: 1/2 avocado, diced just before serving 
 

Directions:

  1. Add the pineapple, mango, red pepper, red onion, jalapeño, and cilantro to a medium bowl. 

  2. In a small bowl, whisk together the lime juice, lime zest, Partake Lime Goserita, agave, andsea salt. 

  3. Pour the dressing over the salsa and gently toss to combine. 

  4. Let sit for 10–15 minutes so the flavours can come together. 

  5. Taste and adjust with more lime, salt, or jalapeño depending on preference. 

  6. Serve chilled or at room temperature with tortilla chips.
