Lime Goserita Tropical Salsa
Made with Partake Lime Goserita, this tropical salsa is bright, juicy, and built for summer.Pineapple, mango, lime, jalapeño, and a splash of Lime Goserita come together for a refreshing dip that pairs perfectly with chips, tacos, grilled chicken, or a sunny patio moment.
Serve with tortilla chips, grilled fish tacos, shrimp skewers, grilled chicken, veggie tacos, or as atopping for burgers. It would also work beautifully beside a summer charcuterie board.

Ingredients:
1 cup fresh pineapple, finely diced |
Directions:

Add the pineapple, mango, red pepper, red onion, jalapeño, and cilantro to a medium bowl.

In a small bowl, whisk together the lime juice, lime zest, Partake Lime Goserita, agave, andsea salt.

Pour the dressing over the salsa and gently toss to combine.

Let sit for 10–15 minutes so the flavours can come together.
