Peach Creamsicles


Made with our Peach Gose, these peach creamsicle pops are bright, creamy, and made for summer. Ripe peaches, lemon, honey, Greek yogurt, and a splash of Peach Gose come together in a refreshing frozen dessert perfect for BBQs, cottage weekends, and sunny patio afternoons.


Ingredients

Peach layer

2 cups ripe peaches, peeled and chopped 
1/2 cup Partake Peach Gose 
2 tbsp honey or maple syrup 
1 tbsp lemon juice 
1/2 tsp lemon zest 
Small pinch of sea salt

Creamy layer
1 cup vanilla Greek yogurt 
2 tbsp honey or maple syrup 
1/2 tsp vanilla extract 
1–2 tbsp Partake Peach Gose 
Optional: 1 tbsp heavy cream or coconut cream for extra richness


Instructions

Make the peach layer: Add peaches, Partake Peach Gose, honey, lemon juice, lemon zest, and sea salt to a blender. Blend until mostly smooth, leaving a little texture if desired.

Make the creamy layer: In a bowl, stir together Greek yogurt, honey, vanilla, and 1–2 tbsp Partake Peach Gose until smooth.

Layer the popsicles: Spoon a little peach mixture into each popsicle mold, followed by a spoonful of the yogurt mixture. Continue layering until molds are nearly full.

Swirl: Use a skewer or butter knife to gently swirl the layers together. Don’t overmix — you want a marbled creamsicle effect. 

Freeze: Insert popsicle sticks and freeze for at least 6 hours, or overnight, until fully set.

Serve: Run molds briefly under warm water to release. Serve immediately.
